RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges. You have to contact us within 7 days delivery and ship items back with 14days of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
We accept cancellations within 8 hours of purchase.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Used products (e.g. with adhesive removed products)
Products that are not packaged and shipped as delivered to the customer
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We work with experienced cargo integration companies that distribute all over the world. Our integration company chooses the fastest and safest company according to the destination country of the product.
Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. All products are handmade and made to order. Shipping within (1-3 ), (2-4) or (5-7) business days (according to product) after receipt of payment.

For this reason, if you decide to start your return process, we ask you to send your name and surname and a brief explanation about the reason for your return to info@ledclaw.com so that we can address you. We will get back to you as soon as possible. However,if we are delayed in returning you for any reason due to the natural flow of life, we will freeze the 14-day return period in your favor from the date you contact us.
