Refund policy

We have created our store policies to ensure a fair and smooth experience for both our customers and our business. Please read the following policies carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

  • Return items within: 30 days of delivery

📩 To begin a return or exchange, please email us at hello@ledclaw.com with your full name and a brief explanation of the reason for return. This allows us to support you effectively throughout the process.

Important: If we are delayed in responding to your request for any reason, we will pause (freeze) the 14-day return period from the date of your initial contact, in your favor.


CANCELLATIONS

We accept cancellations if requested within 8 hours of placing the order. After this period, crafting may begin and cancellation may not be possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used items (e.g., products where adhesives have been removed)

  • Items not returned in their original packaging and condition


CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
